Do you participate in racing / speed events? (Note: This does not make you ineligible for coverage. You are not covered while practicing for or participating in an event.)
Does the operator suffer from any illness, medical condition, or mental or physical disability which might affect the safe operation of a recreational vehicle?
Have you ever had a recreational vehicle policy refused, restricted or cancelled in the last 3 years by an insurer?
Are your units kept in New Brunswick at least 60% of the time?
Do you have a New Brunswick mailing address?
Are the units to be insured under this policy registered in New Brunswick?
Do any of the units have any equipment added designed to modify or enhance the performance?
E.g. Snowbike, after market turbos, Nitrous, exhaust systems, mountain modifications, clutches, chips or other products designed to increase horse power.
If the vehicle to be insured is an ATV or Trail Bike, will it be modified with Tracks for winter use or any time during the policy period?
Will any of the vehicles you are entering in this application be used for any business purpose other than agricultural purposes?
Have you, the named insured or principal operator, had more than 2 vehicle convictions in the past 3 years?
Have you, the named insured or principal operator, had more than 1 at fault accident in the past 5 years from the operation of any motor vehicle?
Do you, the named insured or principal operator, have any Criminal Code Motor Vehicle related offences in the last 3 years?
Are any of the vehicles to be insured by this policy used for the carrying of passengers for compensation or for hire, or for carrying explosives or radioactive material?
If the unit to be insured is a trail bike, will it be plated for on and off road use?
Will any ATV, snowmobile, or dune buggie to be insured under this policy, have an insured value over $50,000?
Are any of the units to be insured under this policy homemade dune buggies, or on road vehicles converted to an off road vehicle?
Do any of the vehicles being insured by this policy have existing damage?
